
In October 2024, our very own Chef de Patron, Ed, along with co-owner Jamie and Head Chef Parbin, embarked on a culinary adventure to San Sebastián, the heart of Basque cuisine. Renowned as one of the world’s greatest food capitals, this vibrant city is a haven of bold flavors, rich traditions, and, of course, its legendary pintxos.
From lively bars in the Old Town to Michelin-starred restaurants, they immersed themselves in the local food culture, indulging in the region’s finest offerings. The trip provided endless inspiration, from perfectly grilled seafood to the artful simplicity of fresh, high-quality ingredients.
With 2025 in mind, this journey has sparked the creation of exciting new flavours for our menu. And yes, many, many pintxos were enjoyed along the way……
